🔹𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 euth request

📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Aproaching kennel dog was at the back of the kennel foward, growling, tesned body, hard stare. As i try to leash her she
started snapping at the leash. I lasso her, she started pulling back. I open the kennel she ranout tail tucked in, hackles up,
any suddent movements she will flich and become tensed
07/28/25 08:32 Sheet cover was shredded on the bottom but still up, dog was deep barking from behind sheet. When I
removed sheet and opened kennel door she was tense but lowered head and slowly stepped into the leash loop. Walked
with loose leash but flinchy when touched. Was quiet in the outside run and when I returned she was wagging tail, walked
with loose leash back into kennel. Was wagging tail at front of kennel as I changed out the sheet cover. After a few minutes
of being back in the kennel began vocalizing again, deep barking. Will take out again after cleaning.
Very vocal in the kennel. Wagging tail wih the baby talk, takes soft treats, easy leash her up, walks beside me with relax
body. She was relax in the outside runs but when I returned her to the kennel she began vocal again so I put a blanket in
the kennel's door.

🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Dog is BAR, dry food in trough mostly eaten, threw treats inside and dog ate
them. No vomit present in kennel. Taking off of tech eval.

Owner surrender- 2.5y/o F dog eats on and off, vomits every now and then -per
owner.
Unable to take dog to vet due to not having enough money. Dog was vaccinated
about 6 months ago, owner unsure what vaccines since someone online helped
her out.
Placed on tech eval to monitor for vom.
