💜 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀
On Sunday, Nina was surrendered to BARC by her owner who could no longer care for her. After just two days in the shelter, Nina is already on the euthanasia list because she?s scared. She doesn?t understand why she?s in a kennel now, surrounded by noise, unable to run like she used to. Her world shrank from backyards and belly rubs to concrete floors and barking. Her previous owner described her as sweet, playful, and great with other dogs. But none of that shines through in a place where she doesn?t feel safe. Outside the shelter, Nina could thrive. She just needs someone to see past her fear and offer her a chance to feel safe again

Jerking on leash, avoiding me, pressed against kennel with whale eyes and shaking. HAd to carry to next kennel asd she kept tense body and open mouth
