8/22/25 ? Possibly dog reactive due to displayed behavior during intake work up. When he heard or saw other dogs he would immediately stop what he was doing and stand still, high flagging tail, hackles raised.;
🚑 Medical Notes:
8/22/25 ? Large healing wound AS, numerous healing wounds on face/neck/front limbs, HW+.
Dx: healing wounds, high HW+.
Rx: Clavamox 375/62.5mg BID x14, Rimidyl 125mg SID x14, Gabapentin 300mg BID x7, Tramadol 50mg TID x3.;
