Along with the bloody urine noted in kennel from yesterday there was 2 big piles
of vomit (bile only). Does not seem to be eating.
S/O: green nasal d/c, hacking up phlegm
A: DDx CIRD
P: Move to Tx room and initiate treatment; Rx Doxycycline 200 mg SID x 10
days
