Dog was fearful upon approach by retreating with a tucked tail, wide eyes, and tense body. She was able to be leashed and
carried outside. She displays sociability with male and female dogs observed with by greeting appropriately and coexisting with a
loose body and a low tail. She retreats from handlers with wide eyes and a tucked tail as they approach. When her leash is
secured, she flails on leash and attempts to back out of it. As the handler attempts to pick her up, she flails in their arms and is
unable to be carried. She is prompted into a transport kennel and returned to her kennel. Behavior possibly due to environment
and/or undersocialization to leash.
