This pet is urgent for Shelter CAPACITY FOR CARE
5/21/26: Parker is such a sweet puppy. He's struggling with a skin condition but doesn't let it bother him too much. He was very easy to leash and walked wonderfully (albeit a bit clumsy) outside.
Once outside, he was all about the snuggles. He doesn't run very fast so he mostly hopped around playfully and gave me kisses. He did pick up a ball once but was mostly interested in getting pets and scritches.
