💜 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 🔷Intake: 6/8/2026 INTAKE per scott- 2 bl, 1bl/wh, 1 wh, 2 br dogs in area roaming in neighborhood. Called 2 weeks ago
📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Behavior (sensitive to rear, unable to examine, growling, showing teeth, when vet attempted to remove leash she snapped at her hand) 6/11/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE Dog greeted me at the front of the kennel with netural body, open mouth, still tail, and soft eyes. Easily leashed and walked outside to the runs, walked with a loose leash. Easily leashed and returned to kennel. 6/16/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE Zoe is laying relaxed on her bedding. She gets up to greet me loosely. I am able to leash her up and she walks out on a loose leash to the outside runs. She remains relaxed and walks back to kennel by my side. She has been quiet and relaxed in kennel. 6/15/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE dog is sensitive of the rear and unable for me to lift the tail or touch the rear. dog growled and showed teeth. placed back into kennel and attempted to remove leash but snapped up at the hand. 6/15/2026 BEHAVIOR NOTE Zoe was laying ion her bedding as I went in to spot clean her kennel. She had just came from dx and vomited in her kennel. She stayed in place and I was able to clean around her. Noticed she had a leash stuck in her legs . I was able to remove it. I Evaluations then began to zip tie her cone to secure it and she stayed laying on her side. 🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Medical (Heartworms, Wound ' Left Hind Paw, Wound ' Around Perianal Region, Possible Perianal Fistula vs other irritation), HSN noted that dog seems to have damaged perianal tissue and a wound on left rear foot. 06/15/26 17:28 s/o: HSN noted a wound on left HL paw and wound around the perianal region. - the left hind paw has a raised firm swelling with purulent discharge when expressed - unable to evaluate perianal region. dog is sensitive of the rear and unable for me to lift the tail or touch the rear. dog growled and showed teeth. placed back into kennel and attempted to remove leash but snapped up at the hand. a: wound p: unable to evaluate perianal region but possible perianal fistual vs. other irritation. will place on oral abx cephalexin 750mg BID x 14 days Rescue Only: 🏷 This pet can only be tagged by a RESCUE group but please remember all rescues need 𝗙𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦 in order to tag this pet and save their life.
