📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 6/19: Prince Buddy walked on a semi-loose leash and displayed playful behavior, including play bows and running around the yard with a wagging tail. Staff noted he was easygoing once leashed and returned inside calmly. 6/9: Approached with a neutral body and slow wagging tail. He walked nicely on a loose leash to the runs, explored the area, and followed staff back into his kennel without issue. 6/8: Described as adorable and very social. Prince Buddy greeted staff with a wiggly body and wagging tail, enjoyed baby talk and attention, and was relaxed both in the outdoor runs and in his kennel. 6/7: Staff noted a wiggly body and fast wagging tail while heading out to the runs and returning. Prince Buddy consistently presents as a friendly, happy-go-lucky dog who enjoys human interaction, walks well on leash, and appears comfortable both indoors and outdoors. 🚑 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: ' Approximately 63 pounds ' Low positive heartworm test at intake ' Diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection (URI) on 6/20 ' Noted to have thick green nasal discharge and started on Doxycycline treatment ' Vaccinated, dewormed, and flea treated

💙 Prince Buddy is a handsome, social boy who seems to love people and thrives on attention. His evaluations repeatedly describe a wagging tail, loose leash walks, playful behavior, and a relaxed demeanor. While he will need follow-up care for his URI and heartworm-positive status, both conditions are manageable with proper treatment. He deserves the opportunity to leave the shelter behind and find a family willing to give him the care and love he so clearly craves.
