Limited evaluation due to medical ' no dog/dog interaction nor outside observation at this time.
Dog is laying down upon approach and displays sociability by coming over to greet me with a loose body and a low wagging tail
where he is interested in treats and affection. He is easy to leash and walks slowly out of kennel where he becomes fearful and
freezes with a tense body, wide eyes and a low tail while yawning. He retreats into kennel where leash is easy to remove. He is
given space.

Pt on vet exam list for bleeding from the mouth and not bearing weight on the hind left leg
QAR, calm, mild mucoid nasal discharge, coughing during exam, ambulatory with nonweight bearing lameness on left pelvic
limb, visible inflammation on medial aspect of left hock, no oral bleeding observed during exam
r/o HBC trauma, blunt force trauma, other
Beginning tx course of antibiotics and NSAIDs/analgesics
