Bio
Meet Ace, an 8-year-old dog who is looking for a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide the comfort, care, and support he deserves.
Ace has severe bilateral hip dysplasia as well as lumbar and thoracic spondylosis, conditions that affect his mobility and comfort. He would benefit from a stable home where he can receive ongoing veterinary care, appropriate pain management, and any recommended treatments to help maintain his quality of life. Ace is at risk of euthanasia due to medical needs the shelter cannot provide.
Despite his orthopedic challenges, Ace deserves the opportunity to spend his golden years in a loving, supportive environment. With compassionate care and a comfortable place to call home, he can continue to enjoy life and the companionship he has to offer.
Please share Ace's story to help us find a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide the care he needs.
If you are interested in fostering, adopting, or helping Ace, please email dasadopt@dallas.gov with your contact information so we can call you back.
