eval notes:
07/22/2026 Limited evaluation due to medical ' no dog/dog interaction at this time. Upon approach, dog is sitting in kennel and is stressed with a tense, trembling body, wide eyes with sclera visible, pinned ears and a tucked tail. She is not interested in treats offered to her through barrier where she sniffs them and does not consume treats. She retreats into corner of kennel with a tense, trembling body, wide eyes with sclera visible, pinned ears and a tucked tail as I enter kennel. She displays sociability with me by sniffing my clothing with same body language as I stand near her. She allows me to leash her where she watches my hands with same body language. She continues to sniff my clothing and hair as I sit in kennel with a tense, trembling body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a tucked tail while exhaling heavily out of her nose. She is not initially interested to move from kennel and lays down with same body language. She is easy to prompt out of kennel by walking behind her where she walks slowly out of building and freezes with a tense, trembling body, wide eyes with sclera visible, pinned ears and a tucked tail. As I touch her to pick her up, she urinates with same body language. After urinating, I am able to pick her up where she is easy to carry to yard. In yard, she is stressed and sits down with a tense body, wide eyes with sclera visible, pinned ears and a tucked tail. She is able to adjust slightly and displays sociability with handlers by allowing them to pet her and is not interested in treats with a tense body, wide eyes, slightly pinned ears, and a low wagging tail. She leans into my hands with a tense body, squinted eyes and a low tail as I scratch her chest. She is easy to carry back to kennel where she flails in my arms as I set her down in kennel and retreats into corner of kennel after leash is removed with a tense, trembling body, wide eyes with sclera visible, pinned ears and a tucked tail.

Dog displayed sociability with male and female dogs by co-existing and engaging in play with a wagging tail and loose body.
