eval notes
07/24/2026 Dog stays in place with wide eyes upon first approach. As I enter the kennel, he readily approaches with a wagging tail and loose body. He is easy to leash and walk outside. He is barking with a loose body and wagging tail towards passing people and dogs. He is easy to return to his kennel.

07/28/2026 Play Group: Dog displays sociability with all handlers and is able to be leashed and walked outside. He rushes into the yard with a tense body and high wagging tail where he runs directly into a female dog. He is easily redirected by handlers from this interaction and is given time to adjust where he continues to greet both male and female dogs with the same body language. He then lunges towards a male dog while growling and snapping where he bites his neck and is difficult to redirect. He is then removed from the interaction and walked back to his kennel where he continues to bark at passing dogs. Behavior possibly due to high arousal. Vet Exam Notes:

07/27/2026 Pt on vet exam list for opne sores and hair loss BAR, friendly and vocal, mulitple scars on face and right lateral thorax, E/D well, pink mm, ambulatory Susp chronic injuries due animal fight/attack trauma No treatment needed at this time, monitor
