Poppa is a friendly young dog who greets people with a wagging tail, relaxed body, and happy expression. He waits at the front of his kennel for attention, leashes easily, and has walked on loose to semi-loose leash outings. In the shelter, he becomes highly excited around other dogs and may bark, pull on the leash, and display barrier frustration, often focusing on nearby dogs instead of treats. Despite this, he remains social with people and would benefit from time to decompress, structure, and positive reinforcement training in a home environment.
