07/20/2026 Patient presented from overnight clinic- poss HBC QAR, very sweet. BCS 4/9. Ambulatory x3, non weight bearing RH. Swollen RH defect palpated mid right femur. Moist dermatitis along the abdomen. Puncture near the right stifle. R/O: Underlying pelvic fracture vs femur fracture vs other Plan: Begin analgeiscs and antibiotics
