08/01/2026 Dog is laying in bed upon approach. As handler enters kennel and crouches, he communicates for space by low growling with a tense body, wide eyes and a low tail while drooling and lip licking. He is not interested in treats offered to him on ground and is able to be leashed and walked outside. Outside, he is able to adjust slightly and displays sociability with all handlers by coming over to greet with a tense body, wide eyes, raised hackles and a low tail. He allows handlers to pet him where he leans into their hands with same body language while shedding excessively. He displays sociability with dogs at barrier by greeting appropriately with a loose body and a wagging tail. He is easy to return to building where he does not seem interested in entering kennel by retreating away from kennel and pulling heavily on leash away from kennel. He is not interested in treats offered to him and is easy to prompt into kennel where leash is easy to remove.

08/03/2026 Play Group: He is growling with wide eyes and a tense body upon first approach. As handler enters the kennel, he readily approaches with a tense body where he is easy to leash and walk outside. He walks into the yard with a tense body, wide eyes, raised hackles, and a high wagging tail where he greets female dogs with the same body language. He is observed running around the yard with a specific female dog. He inappropriately greets a male dog with a tense body and raised hackles where he places his head over his neck. He is easily redirected. He is easy to return to his kennel.
