08/02/2026 Dog displayed sociability by coming over for affection with a wagging tail and loose body. He was easily leashed and walked outside. He greeted other dogs through the barrier with a tense body, raised hackles, and tucked ears slowly walking by. He urinated on the barrier and drooled where he was redirected by handler. He was easily returned to kennel.
