🩺 MEDICAL NOTES:
Zeus tested low positive for heartworms. He has received DA2PP, Bordetella and rabies vaccines, deworming and preventatives.
Staff were unable to verify whether Zeus is neutered as he was difficult to manage during intake.

🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES:
Zeus's subsequent daily notes show him being consistently manageable for routine walks.
He comes to the front of his kennel to go outside, allows staff to leash him and repeatedly walks on a loose or semi-loose leash. He has been taken to and from the runs and returned to his kennel without issue, allowing the leash to be removed.
Zeus can appear tense and has shown stress through vocalizing and heavy panting. He needs an experienced rescue able to respect his boundaries, move slowly and safely manage him while he decompresses.
