📈MEDICAL NOTES:
On 8/25, Evancito developed green nasal discharge and sneezing consistent with CIRD/URI and was started on Doxycycline 200 mg once daily for 10 days.
He recently had soft stool and was placed on GI protocol with Panacur 9 mL daily for 5 days and Metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for 5 days. He remained bright and alert with no vomiting or other signs of parvo noted at that time.
Evancito is heartworm negative and has received DA2PP, Bordetella, Rabies, deworming/Pyrantel and Advantage Multi.

🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES:
Evancito has shown many wonderful puppy behaviors. He greets people with a loose, wiggly body, soft eyes and wagging tail. He has been easily leashed, walked nicely on a loose leash, accepted pets and treats, and kept his kennel clean overnight. In the outside run, he has even been seen play bowing and running alongside another dog in a neighboring run.
Evancito has also had moments of fear and reactivity in the stressful shelter environment. This young pup needs a patient person who can give him time to decompress and feel safe.
