Dog displays sociability with all handlers by coming over to greet with a loose, wiggly body and a wagging tail.
He displays sociability with a female dog observed with by greeting appropriately and initiating play with a
loose, wiggly body and a wagging tail where he is interested to engage in courtship. He is not respectful of this
dogs communications and is difficult to redirect by continuing to engage in non-reciprocated courtship. He
leash is secured and he is easy to remove from yard where he is easy to return to kennel.
Vet Exam Notes: patient exhibiting mild sneezing, serous nasal discharge, CIRD, collar appears tight- requesting to loosen and
check for wounds, r/o kennel cough vs viral
begin tx for presumptive infectious tracheobronchitis
isolate and tx in place
requesting resp panel
if placement, no sx if still symptomatic and reschedule sterilization in 2-3 weeks
contact clinic if at risk of losing placement if sx needed
