Freddy is at risk due to behavioral reasons. Freddy has been observed to be inconsistent in his dog reactivity. When seeing other dogs he is noted to hard pull, barking, screaming, staring. He has also displayed overly aroused, mouthy behavior toward handlers grabbing onto handler clothing when in the play yard. Freddy is noted to be social with familiar staff and checks in with handlers socially on walks. Medically, Freddy is apparently healthy.
