🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES:
Moon Ray appears to be overwhelmed with fear in the shelter environment. He has repeatedly pancaked to the ground, hidden his face in the corner, army-crawled, and frozen when staff attempted to move him.
On 9/13, staff were able to slip a leash on him and eventually pick him up and carry him without a muzzle. Once placed in his new kennel, he immediately returned to hiding his face.
His notes describe a dog trying desperately to hide and make himself small. Moon Ray needs an experienced rescue and a quiet environment where he can decompress at his own pace.
