🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES:
Marky wags his tail, walks on a loose leash and is relaxed once outside in the runs.
He has been barking and reacting toward passing dogs. Staff have used a kennel cover and enrichment to help him settle.
Away from the kennel, however, staff have observed him relax with a wagging tail and walk loosely back to his kennel.
