🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES:
This family appears extremely frightened and possibly undersocialized, and their behavior notes overwhelmingly describe fear rather than comfortable behavior.
Just 4 months old, Tyson curls into the back of his kennel and becomes extremely distressed when handling is attempted.
Tucker has hidden in the back corner with his head buried toward the wall. Staff described him as very timid and possibly unsocialized.
Tilly curls into the back of her kennel and avoids eye contact. She has allowed staff to leash her but has been too frightened to walk and has needed to be carried.
Tex also retreats to the back of his kennel and avoids eye contact. When handling progresses, his fear can escalate to thrashing and defensive behavior.
These dogs need experienced, patient placement where they can decompress safely and learn that people don't have to be frightening.
