10/01/2026 - Dog in isolation due to upper respiratory signs noted at time of arrival. Dog is on vet exam list
due to \"unusual breathing patterns and shaking a lot\" Dog has been treated for AU possible infection and
reportedly possibly having OA due to having difficulty walking. Dog also on skin treatment and already
received bravecto. SS negative.
On visual exam: Senior dog QAR, ambulatory x 4 but gingerly, weakness on hind legs noted and dropped
hocks stance. Emaciated BCS 2/9, generalized alopecia, increased RR and effort with OU discharge noted.
