Behavior Notes:
Arthur is an energetic, vocal boy who gets excited when he sees people approaching his kennel. He enjoys going outside, often immediately relieving himself, and has shown he can walk on a loose leash, although he frequently pulls.
He's treat-motivated and has greeted staff with a wagging tail. On October 13, he was found quietly resting on his bed and was easily leashed!
Arthur does sometimes struggle with other dogs nearby. He would benefit from an experienced handler, continued leash training, and careful management around other dogs.
