Jax developed a cough and mild clear nasal discharge on October 19, consistent with a suspected canine respiratory infection (CIRD).

🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES:
Jax has displayed kennel stress, including growling, alarm barking and hard staring.
But there are encouraging moments:
On October 19, he waited patiently to be leashed and walked outside and back on a loose leash.
On October 20, he sat at the front of his kennel with a loose body and began wagging his tail when spoken to gently.
These moments suggest Jax may respond positively to calm, patient handling.
