About maggie: A5172496 Maggie is a kissy 5-year-old fawn-and-white female Pit Bull Mix who came in to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray from El Monte on April 26th. Weighing 50 lbs, Maggie is a wonderful dog. She has the happy-go-luckiness that make Pit Bulls so popular, her whole back end wiggles if you just talk to her. Maggie loves being with people and has a great time playing with squeaky toys or cuddling. We think she will be a fantastic best pal to join you on walks, hikes or to cuddle up with at the end of a long day. Her attentiveness and intelligence will make training a breeze. She?ll need to be introduced slowly to other dogs to learn how to socialize and the shelter is recommending that she start out, for now, as the only dog in the home while she builds her confidence around other dogs. Maggie will be an awesome best friend in an active household that will give her love and guidance.
