About tommy: A4248376 Tommy is a dignified 7-year-old cream-and-gray male Pit Bull and American Bulldog mix who was surrendered by his owner to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center for no stated reason on July 25th. Weighing 82 lbs, Tommy is a well-behaved couch potato of a dog who adores attention and did a great job on his shelter-administered temperament test. He has such a cute smile and loves when people pet his incredibly soft coat. This patient gentleman shows great focus even in the hectic shelter environment and takes instruction well; he does everything he can to cooperate with you. Tommy is likely housebroken and great on leash. Mostly uninterested in other dogs, he?d likely be happiest as an ?only dog? and king of the castle. He needs to go to a Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control Adoption Partner. Tommy will be a devoted best friend to the lucky person who adopts him, and we hope a qualified rescue will give him the chance he deserves. For more information on this pet, contact volunteer UHA adoption coordinator Jana at 857-998-7970 or jana@hope4animals.org.
