B-MOD HANDLING
_ She was standing at the kennel gate with concemed eyes and gave one bark. When the runner opened the kennel gate, she retreated to the back of the kennel. She dodged the leash a few times, before the runner was able to loop leash her. She walked to the play yard with a light pull. She entered the catch pen with soft eyes and neutral tail wag. She exchanged timid greetings with the other dogs through the play yard fence. She was head shy and had concemed eyes when being collared and needed a go-slow approach. She entered the play yard with soft body language. She was approached by a male shepherd and exchanged a soft greeting with him. She was then approached by a female shepherd and exchanged a soft greeting with her. She was approached by a male Pitbull that was higher in energy and he lingered in her face. She remained tolerant for a couple of seconds, but she then growled and gave an air snap waming for space. He respected the waming and walked away She began to roam the yard and explore. She was tolerant of dogs trailing her to sniff her. She continued to exchange soft greetings with the calmer dogs, but she remained uncomfortable with higher energy dogs or dogs lingering near her face.
Lily would do best with a calm dog that would respect her space and boundaries. Due to a prior incident with a small dog. she wil be designated as no small dogs required and will require a known history of aggression disclosure form. See handling assessment for rescue only stipulation.

B-MOD HANDLING
Eval Comments: She was taken to the catch pen for the handling assessment after play group. She was given a moment to acclimate to her
surroundings. The handler knelt and called to her. She approached the handler willingly with soft eyes and low tail wag. She allowed the handler to pet her on the head with no reaction. When the handler tried to check her teeth, she would tum her head away. She allowed the handler to check her ears with no reaction. When the handler would try to touch her tail or back paws, she would whip around with an open mouth. She was not able to make any contact, due to the handler having control on a short leash. She was very wary of going near her rear end and would try to maintain herself facing the handler. When the handler pet her shoulder and slowly down her chest toward her front legs, she became tense with wide eyes and licking her lips. The handler then stopped and didn't touch her front paws. She was retumed to her kennel without issue. Due to her need for a very go-slow approach and her handling sensitivity, she will be designated as rescue only at this time.
