About scotch: HELLO, I AM SCOTCH. I AM A ONE YEAR OLD MALE SHEPHERD, PIT BULL MIX. I AM A NICE YOUNG BOY AND AM PRETTY EASY GOING AND NICE. DON'T GET ME WRONG I HAVE PLENTY OF ENERGY AND AM A NORMAL YOUNG DOG WHO LOVES TO PLAY AND LOVES TO WALK. I PULL TO HARD ON THE LEASH WHEN I AM EXCITED AND WANT TO DO EVERY THING AT ONCE BUT I DO MIND AND TRY TO PLEASE. I DID NOT HAVE MUCH PEOPLE TIME IN MY LAST HOME SO I AM JUST FINDING OUT THAT IT IS FUN TO BE WITH PEOPLE AND LIKE TO PLAY WITH THEM. I DO NEED A HOME WHERE I WILL GET SOME TRAINING AND HAVE SOME RULES AND LIMITS BUT I WILL LEARN FAST AND BE A GREAT BOY. I AM ALSO REALLY CUTE.
The adoption fee is $10.00 plus the cost of spay or neuter. If you are interested please contact us right away. E mails are the fastest way to contact us. They are checked a least twice daily by volunteers who know the dogs and their personalities. The phone number is just for voice mail. We welcome 501c groups to rescue any dog at the shelter. Do to lack of space, time is limited for dogs at a public shelter. There iss a play area at the shelter for you to get to know the dogs and for them to get to know you. They all deserve a good home.
Shelter hours are 9-3:30 weekdays and 9-2 weekends.
Directions to the shelter-From freeway 99 take Cecil ave exit-exit 57-, Drive 1.8 miles west on Cecil Ave, turn left on Mettler Ave and the shelter is on the right side of the street.
