A5089831 Cinderella is a ladylike 7-year-old tan-and-white female Chihuahua who along with her companion, Auntie [A5089832], arrived at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray from El Monte on July 15th. Weighing 13 lbs, Cinderella has a mellow energy and is friendly with people and other dogs. She enjoys treats, and volunteers observed that she seems well-mannered, walks okay on leash, and has an overall sweet demeanor. Cinderella has some cloudiness in her eyes and may need a teeth cleaning, so she should be seen by an outside veterinarian upon adoption to ensure her optimal health (as should any newly adopted pet, really). Cinderella and Auntie are bonded (we think they may be related), so we'd love to see them exit the shelter together. But we know that's not always possible and are not worried that sweet Cinderella wouldn't make a wonderful indoor pet and companion on her own. Either way, Cinderella is ready and waiting for her fairy godmother or godfather to come grant her wish for a forever home.
