Weight: 56 LBS

Euthanasia Reason - Reason for euthanasia: Troy has been in shelter for 136 days with no adoption or rescue interst. Troy can be mouthy, jumpy, and frantic when being handled. Although his recent mouthy behavior comes off playful this is a behavior that can quickly turn into unsafe biting. He has been known to display this mouthy behavior when being collared as well and may revert back to this once in a new home. Around other dogs he has been known to be anxious, selective, and may have some impulse control issues when interacting with them. Once adopted or rescued Troy may benefit from decompression time, consistent exercise, training, and monitored socialization. We are unable to supply Troy with the resources he needs and keeping him in shelter is inhumane. Troy should be adopted or rescued as soon as possible to prevent further deterioration caused by the shelter environment.
