CHANDLER - ID#A583594

My name is Chandler I am an unaltered male, brown brindle Pit Bull Terrier. Shelter staff think I am about 1 year old. I have been at the shelter since Aug 12, 2025. Chandler has the unfortunate luck of being brought into SBC as a stray just ok 8/12 just to be thrown on the purge list at SBC right away due to developing an Rectal prolapse which they say is enlarged and getting worse. According to his notes 08/15/25 09:02 The kennel attendant noted the patient has
developed a prolasped rectum. The patient has a prolasped
rectum, cannot get it to reduce, will monitor for now and try
and send him to the hospital. The patient is BAR, amb. x 4
and appears stable at this time.
Now poor sweet Chandler is on the purge list for today, which is a daily thing at this point. He is in need of second chance in the form of an adopter or foster, can anyone give him this? He will be purged like the many yesterday and the day before, these dogs stand no chance at this dreadful facility! Please consider opening up your heart and home to save a precious life in desperate need! Chandler needs either a rescue tag or a medical waiver signed for adoption. ❤️ Please help these dogs deserve better..
