10/11/25 DISTEMPER Weight: pounds
10/11/25 14:35 - PCR results are positive for distemper and
bordetella. Since patient is rapidly declining and no
improvement with medications, will move forward with humane
euthanasia per shelter protocol and will place on a medical
deadline. -AU
This animal requires follow-up care that exceeds the
resources currently available at our facility. A medical deadline
has been set for placement or humane euthanasia if the
condition deteriorates.
If the patient?s health declines, earlier humane euthanasia may
be considered.
