He was easily collared by the runner in the catch pen. He became focused on dogs that were running in the play yard and began whining. He entered the play yard and immediately charged toward a male Pitbull that was in the middle of the yard.
As the male Pitbull saw his quick approach, he laid down and displayed passive appeasement behavior. Colton continued his forward momentum, growled, lunged toward the male Pitbull, and attempted to bite him. Ahandler was able to pull him away by his leash, before he was able to make contact with his bite. He then tumed and re-directed aggression toward a female Pitbull that was just standing nearby. He growled, lunged and attempted to bite her too. The handler was able to quickly pull him away on leash, before he made contact with his bite. He was then removed from the yard at this time. While being removed from the yard on leash, he also growled and lunged to try to bite a female Mastiff that he is currently kenneled with. Due to his unprovoked offensive behavior and his re direction aggression, he will be designated as no other dogs required.
