08/29/25 13:39- DOG WAS APPROACHABLE WAS ABLE TO WALK ON LEASH AND GOT INTO KENNEL ON COMMAND.
09/02/25 18:28 Appears to exhibit social behavior with handler from inside the kennel. Has kennel mate at time of observation.

11/05/25 15:18 Observed dog in kennel. Dog has 1 kennelmate at time of observation. Dog was on the inside portion on the kennel alarm barking at handler with fixated stare. Dog appears to show signs of kennel stress.

01/10/26 Email Statement From DDO Participant: \"Together we went on a long walk about 2.5 miles and he encountered people and other dogs and even a cat he was neutral with the cat did not bark at anyone did not bark at any of the dogs. He even playfully chased a squirrel. After our walk, he was able to relax at home and take a little nap. He was super kind and sweet and such a good boy and I think he would be a great fit for a household that doesn?t have other animals and lives a pretty calm lifestyle. However, although he is seven years old, he was still active and enjoyed running around. He was really good in the car as well. He only used the restroom outside had no accidents in the house.\"
01/28/26 17:50 Dog participated in a playgroup today. Dog observed as semi steerable during gate greetings. Dog appeared to be assertive with an impulse control issue. Altercation occured and dog appeared to have an uninterruptible drive, redirecting towards handlers. Recommend muzzle work and long line.

02/18/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. Dog was observed presenting offensive and assertive behavior towards other dogs. Muzzle work is needed.

🚨It?s also important to consider that shelter notes do not necessarily reflect a dogs true behavior in a loving home.
🚨Rescues need committed fosters, adopters and guaranteed pledges, especially for medical dogs, to help save lives. Adoptions must be done in person at the shelter. You can apply online on the dogs links. Always reference dogs by ID numbers.
