dog's behavior in an Animal Care Center may differ significantly from how they behave in a home. Stress, confinement, and unfamiliar surroundings can cause dogs to act out or suppress behaviors that may emerge later. A dog's behavior may change based on surroundings, training, medical, socialization, and life experiences.\"
She was easily collared by the runner in the catch pen. She entered the play yard with soft body language. She was approached by two dogs at the same time. She tolerated them both sniffing her, but she was timid and had concemed eyes.
After the dogs broke away, she began to roam the yard and explore. She was tolerant of dogs trailing her to sniff her. After some time, she appeared to relax more and began to exchange soft greetings with the other dogs. A short time later, she grew more in confidence and offered play bows to a female Pitbull. She accepted the invitations to play, and they engaged in some gentle/dainty play. She remained social for the rest of her time in the yard. She would approach the handlers often and seek affection. Prieta is social with the other dogs and prefers a gentle/dainty play style. Due to a prior incident, she will be designated as no livestock required and will require a known history of aggression disclosure fom.
