He entered the play yard with soft body language. He was approached by a female Pitbull and exchanged a soft greeting with her. He was then approached by a female Doberman and exchanged a soft greeting with her. He began to calmly roam the yard and explore. He was tolerant of dogs trailing him to sniff him. He continued to calmly roam the yard and exchange soft greetings with the other dogs. He tolerated a male Labra dor play fully jumping on him to entice play. He offered no corrections to this, but he declined his invitations to play. He remained social with the other dogs for the rest of his time in the yard, but he appeared more comfortable around the calmer dogs. There were dogs playing during his time in the yard, but he did not engage in or entice any play. Amale Labrador tried a few times to entice him into play. He would tolerate his attempts, but he never engaged in play. He would approach the handlers often and seek affection. He is social with the other dogs, but he displayed no play style at this time. The handler knelt and called to him. He approached the handler with soft body language and began seeking affection. He allowed the handler to pet his head with no reaction. He allowed the handler to check his teeth with no reaction. He allowed the handler to check his ears with no reaction. When the handler touched his paws, he would gently pull them away. He allowed the handler to touch his tail with no reaction. After the handling, he continued to seek affection. He displayed no negative or conceming behavior toward the handler. He was retumed to his kennel without issue.
