The shelter has No Vet No Space and No Care because this is No Reason to take her precious life!! She?s a SWEET PUPPY GIRL who arrived healthy!! She is friendly with staff and kenneled with other dogs without issue. 📣HARPER NEEDS A HERO‼️ She needs to know her life matters and there is still goodness in this world. RESCUE ONLY.
