Quiet on approach, pupils dilated and pacing. Able to close outside, entered the kennel and he backed away to the comer.
Avoided eye contact, appearing anxious (panting). Able to leash, walked out without incident. Would always check back with me. Whipped around when noises happened around him (very flinchy). Ears back, panting. We went to the comer of the yard; he moved close to me but did not seek engagement. Went slow to pet/touch-he was tolerant but did not seek engagement, tense. Retumed to the kennel. Rescue Only at this time due to handling sensitivity and lack of social skills.
