He was easily collared by the runner in the catch pen. He became extremely tense in the catch pen and barrier reactive toward the dogs through the fence, growling at them. The dogs were backed away from the fence, and he began to whine, while pacing up and down, remaining focused on the other dogs. Abasket muzzle was placed on him before entering the vard, due to his behavior. He entered the yard and was approached by a female husky. He immediately became very tense, with hackles raised and high stiff tail. He had hard eyes and then began to growl. The female husky walked away from him and a handler moved him away on leash. He was then approached by a male Retriever mix. He again became very tense, with hackles raised, high stiff tail and body in a forward posture. He froze for a couple of seconds then growled and lunged toward the other dog. Ahandler pulled him away on leash, before he was able to make contact with the other dog. He was hen removed from the yard at this time. Due to his unprovoked offensive behavior, he will be designated as no other dogs required.
