Description: I am a spayed female, 56.20 lbs, white and brown Shepherd mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 6 months old.

STAFF OBSERVATIONS
02/21/26 did allow handler to leash and walk. needed soft coaxing to enter and exit kennel because of other dogs barking. does walk well on leash. While in play-yard never wondered too far from handler always staying close and soliciting attention when wanted. did present very social behavior with handler. did not protest being leashed and rekenneled.
02/22/26 15:40 Upon approach, dog was laying towards front of kennel with a tucked tail, ears back, trembling, and unmoving, refusing to approach handler despite coaxing. When handler entered kennel an kneeled down, dog allowed constant interactions, maintaining fearful behavior.
03/05/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. Dog was observed taking corrections and presenting playful and soft behaviors with other dogs in playgroup.

06/23/26 Dog appears to be declining in shelter environment. Dog appears kennel stressed, spinning and height seeking in kennel during walk through. Dog has \"feed separate\" on kennel card.

MEDICAL NOTES
02/19/26 16:24 BAR, small abrasion L hock area appears to be healing/scabbing. Scrubbed w/ chlorhex, cont to monitor. Appears F est age 2yr, mc scan -. Gave vectra, bord, dhlpp.
04/22/26 oquendo preparation: Rabies given SQ in R hip MC -, MC implanted #9800 UTD on all vx.
05/07/26 12:22 returned from Oquendo from spay. BAR, appears healthy at this time. No vaccines needed at this time.
05/23/26 10:32 bar and friendly. patient brought up from kennel fight, no limping seen at this time. does have a small bite wound on rt front paw, not hemorraging at this time, no swelling. provided patient with convenia sq inj 2.1cc/ml. patient does not seem to be in pain or discomfort
