07/29/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. Dog was observed presenting anxious behaviors with other dogs. Dog kept to self for duration of time in playgroup.

09/22/26 Dog appears to be declining in shelter environment. Dog is alarm barking and height seeking during walk through. Dog's kennel card states \"feed separate\".
