About a3794559 mowgli: A3794559 Mowgli is a frightened and sad five year old cream coloured Tibetan Terrier mix who was dumped at the Baldwin Park shelter on June 24th when his former owners moved and didn?t take him with them. Weighing thirty-five pounds this poor boy has totally shut down and is petrified at the shelter. We are fervently hoping that someone shows this handsome boy some love and kindness and adopts him.
