My name is Brenda and I am an unaltered female, black and brown Doberman Pinscher mix. Shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 2 months old. I have been at the shelter since Jan 25, 2025.
n the play yard Brenda was so easy the majority of the time and the handler was going to label her a greeter. However when Gunner came in she started barking and biting at the fence and redirected the energy towards dogs around her. She became fixated and uncontrollable. Whatever energy he brought in sent her over the threshold. After taking her out of the yard and removing Gunner she reentered and was safe and lose with everyone in the yard that she knew. Unfortunately, the staff said Brenda was involved in altercations at the facility and therefore now is deadlined. They are a product of their environment, this is no fault of her own
