When the runner opened the kennel gate, he dodged the leash twice before they were able to loop leash him. He walked to the play yard with a moderate pull. He entered the catch pen with soft eyes and neutral tail wag. He became very tense and barrier reactive when dogs approached the fence, barking at them. He was easily collared by the runner. He approached a female shepherd. He immediately became tense, with hackles raised, high stiff tail and body in a forward posture. He then began to walk her down with his head against her chest. The female shepherd backed away and created space from him. He then approached a male hound and displayed the same tense and challenging body language. A handler steered him away using a spray bottle. He began to roam the yard and explore. He then playfully ran from one end of the yard to the other. A female shepherd began to playfully run alongside him dy to entice play. He immediately growled and lunged toward her to bite. him and then ran to create space. He began to pursue her, but a handler used an air hom and it easily broke his focus. Another handler was then able to pick up his leash and he was removed from the yard at this time. Due to his challenging and offensive behavior with the other dogs, he will be designated as no other dogs required.
