Shelter staff think I am about 6 months old. I have been at the shelter since May 08, 2025. Adorable Fresh Prince was unfortunately brought into SBC as a stray and was never claimed. Sweet adorable Fresh Prince is Deadlined due to possible URI but due to the distemper situation they will not give these dogs a fair chance. This poor sweetheart needs help desperately. Can anyone help by fostering or looking to adopt? Please help 💔 he's only been here since 5/7 and is ALREADY thrown on the hit list at SBC late yesterday evening giving him not much of a chance. Now this poor sweet precious has to be out by NOON or will be killed. They ARE NOT giving these dogs a fair chance! Most of the dogs in this facility have URI during their stay at this germ infested facility. Now that they're dealing with a distemper outbreak they will kill a dog for showing URI symptoms. They will not test the dog to see whether they have distemper, they will just kill it because it's cheaper and easier for them, no sweat off the managements brows, they could care less 😒😉. They've been dealing with this outbreak for weeks and they still haven't gotten it under control even after ending the lives of many other dogs in the last month. Time for new management!!! This place should be ashamed to call themselves an Animal shelter! Please help sweet Fresh Prince, he deserves to live a long happy life!
