She walked with no pull on the leash to the catch pen. She entered the catch pen timidly. The runner slowly approached her and spent a few minutes building her trust before slowly placing the collar on her. She entered the play yard timidly. She was approached by a female pit bull and exchanged timid greetings with her. A female Doberman approached her, and she exchanged soft greetings with her. She approached handlers in the yard to solicit affection. A husky and female pit bull were playing near her, and she growled at them when they got near her. A male cattle dog approached her. She exchanged soft greetings with him but started growling at him when he lingered near her face. A high energy male husky approached her. She growled at him and gave him a lip curl. She was tolerant of dogs coming up behind her to greet her but would growl at them if they lingered near her face. She would do best in a home with a calmer dog who would respect her space and boundaries. BEHAVIORALLY OK FOR PUBLIC ADOPTION, ADULTS (REC), CALM DOGS (REQ), LOW ENERGY
