STAFF OBSERVATIONS

10/09/25 17:40 Pet wasn't able to walk very good considering her condition. Did let me pet when coaxed. Pet bit through 5 leashes while trying to impound.

MEDICAL NOTES

10/09/25 18:00 neg scan, QAR, appears to be lame on the left front leg, some road rash noted on the left shoulder and elbow. Placing on dr review for further rx/tx, needs xrays when time permits, possible clip and clean. Admin: D+B+V+simabdol+ rimadyl+ pen g inj. Rx: eflex, rimadyl and simdadol per protocol.

10/10/25 08:51 QAR, no willing to move, tick infested, not eating overnight, no urination and defecation.

10/10/25 12:36 not willing to walk RAD : left shoulder socket seems broken with mild to moderate displacement Rx) Gabapentin 300mg : 1 cap PO BID for 20 days plan) continue with current rxs (esp. gabapentin, simbadol - extend as needed until rescue) contact Rescue ASAP for proper orthopedic tx.
