Brock is another dog who is being failed miserably by this \"Animal Shelter\", who throws UNALTERED MALES in small overcrowded kennels together and expects them to get a long. Now this precious boy unfortunately found himself in a situation where he was involved in an altercation. So instead of the facility taking accountability for these dogs, who are UNALTERED which created tension especially when they get ZERO EXERCISE or Enrichment, barely enough food, and are in these kennels for 24/7 together! Now he's deemed rescue only due to \"pursuing a severe attack on another dog\", no accountability here! Can anyone give this big guy a chance by fostering or adopting to save his life?
